Completely automatic plant, electronically controlled, for the production of medium to large sized stirrups, straightened cut to length bars and bent/ shaped bars, with bends on one or both ends, up to a length of 12 m. The plant includes a straightening unit, with automatic diameter change and 6 hyperbolic rotors, and two independent mobile bending heads. The special buffer unit for the straightened bars allows both the straightening and bending phases to be carried out at the same time, thus ensuring a high production capability from the plant. Diameters ranging from 8 to 20 mm can be processed. Ability to process two wires simultaneously up to diameter 14 mm.
