SV 23 Joint Cover Profile System 

The SV 23 series is a versatile joint cover profile system designed for pedestrian-load applications. It provides reliable protection and clean finishing for expansion joints in floors and walls, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic integration.

Sizes & Variants

The SV 23 system is available in four size configurations, each identified by its nominal width:

• SV 23/45

• SV 23/50

• SV 23/65

• SV 23/95

Each model features coordinated dimensions A, B and C, allowing selection based on project requirements. Installation height H is flexible and can be chosen from standard values (15, 20, 30, 50 mm).
On request, profiles can be custom-manufactured for joint widths from 50 to 200 mm.

Movement Capacity

The SV 23 series ensures stable performance under structural displacement.
Each model provides:

• Mx movement: 16–30 mm (depending on profile size)

• My movement: consistent across all models at 10 mm (+5 / -5)

This makes the system suitable for environments where moderate horizontal and vertical joint movements occur.

Load Capacity

All SV 23 profiles are rated for pedestrian loads, ensuring safe use in public and private spaces such as corridors, lobbies, galleries, retail areas, residential buildings, and similar environments.
