SV 25 Expansion Joint profile — High-Performance solution for 60 mm joints

Designed for a 60 mm joint width, the SV 25 ensures excellent performance thanks to its high-grade aluminium EN AW 6063 T6 frame. This material provides exceptional strength, longevity, and stability, while the perforated tooling allows secure and precise installation. The system includes a flexible PVC-P insert that offers outstanding resistance to temperature variations (-30 to +100°C), UV radiation, and ozone exposure. The insert is available in several standard colours, with additional RAL tones offered on request.

The SV 25 accommodates movements in six planes, providing 22 mm horizontal movement (+11/–11) and 10 mm vertical movement (+5/–5). Its installation height starts from 50 mm, with full customisation possible for unique project requirements.
